To process this request, please include clear photos of the defect or damage to the product. Without these photos, we will be unable to proceed with your request.

  2. Fulfillment Issues

  3. Store Credit
    For approved claims (damaged, defective, or fulfillment issues), PSA will offer store credit for the value of the affected item(s). Store credit will be issued once the issue is reviewed and verified, and will be valid for use on a future purchase.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, all items are non-returnable unless they fall under the categories mentioned above (damaged, defective, or fulfillment issues).
